A young woman instantly falls in love with her new upstairs neighbor who has a nasty habit of moving bodies in bags in the middle of the night down the stairwell. From time to time, he asks his neighbor for a hand. Or a knife. Or to keep the body for a few days. So much so that she ends up falling as much in love with the last corpse he left on her arms.

Amours Collectives starts out as libertarian porn, but ends up more like direct cinema, in which the film itself functions as its own making-of! Witty, salacious scenes follow one after another, with the director more or less becoming the central character.
